Description:

The story starts in year AD 2019, thirty-one years after world war III, in neo-Yokyo. In the strugle to build the new city, the old one has been forgotten about and street crime and rebellion is ripe. Amidst this crowd of nobodies is a gang of siz delinquents who tear around the streets on their motorbikes looking for trouble. Two of the bikers, Kaneda and Tetsuo, inadertently become involved in a secret experiment that will change their lives forever.While in military hands, tetsuo collides with a strange, elderly looking, child who himself remains completely unharmed in the crash. Second later the millitary arrive on the scene and swiftly take took the young boy and a bbly hurt Tetsuo away whilst the rest of the gang look on in a psorry.
